First Class FAQ |

 | There is a limit of 1792 flaggable items in the FirstClass mailbox. A flaggable item is anything that can have a flag on it, like received mail and uploaded files. Messages you send from your mailbox do not count towards this limit because they are not flagged.
Once you reach the mailbox limit, you can no longer receive mail and the sender will get a message back stating that the mailbox is full. This limit also applies to conferences.
